Welcome to Sale 136. The room auction commences on Tuesday morning at 9.30 am with miscellaneous items mainly gold coins, jewellery, watches and artefacts followed by decimal proof coins.
Some highlights of the sale include:
- Elizabeth II, Australian Olympic Team, proof 9999 fine gold one kilo three thousand dollars, 2016.
- Western Samoa, New Zealand Occupation, WWI, Government of Samoa overprinted emergency issue on Bank of New Zealand one pound.
- New Zealand, Reserve Bank, L. Lefeaux, ten shillings 1st August 1934, the very first issue.
- Mary, (1553-1554), fine sovereign (30s), 1553, mm pomegranate.
- Boeotia, Haliartos, (C.400-375 B.C.), silver stater 20mm, (11.74 g), irregular flan.
- Group of Thirteen, to Major General H.N. Sargent.
